I cannot get into the game to do that. I have rolled back the graphics driver but not sure how I can change the game from using directx 12 to 11. I have checked the PROF SAV file also and auto detect is at 0
Hey there,
I jhad exactly the same problem and fixed it by changing back to DX 11 via the config file. Here you go:
Go to: Documents\Battlefield V\settings |
Open file: PROFSAVE_profile (notepad/wordpad) and change line: GstRender.Dx12Enabled 0 (0=DX11, 1=DX12)

Deleting the files in setting folder and repairing from origin worked for me. Thanks!

I spoke too soon. Went through the intro game play again. Then I get a loading page for all the maps. Then I get the cinematic screen again.
Had enough now. Going to stop trying to fix this until they patch the game. Pretty clear that they rushed BFV

Do you know what to do if the C:\Documents\BattlefieldV is missing. I see it in the root directory of C but no Battlefield V folder in Documents. Battlefield V folder in C:\ only shows a Screenshot folder not a Settings folder or Twinkle folder.

I am having the same problem here. Have tried all of the solutions listed before and nothing has worked. Just sitting here with nothing working. It just plays that blue cinematic over and over on a continues loop. I left it alone for over an hour and nothing changed. I do have a mouse cursor though.
Hope someone figures this out soon.

And as a side note, I cannot even play the intro gameplay. Game goes right to the blue cinematic and cannot get past it.
