Can't go online ps5

After installing on ps5 it says my password needs reset at ea.com. I did so and signed in as I'm here typing.  On ps5 I can't move around the menu to select profile in attempt to sign in there.  All ...

@DrewJr Doo you have PlayStation plus and if you press go online what happens?

@EA_Atic I have a similar issue on ps4. when I launch BFV it says 'No valid EA account' and when I press 'Go online' it says 'Your login credentials might have expired' and all I need to do is reset my password which I've done like 5 times and still the same issue. This so frustrating could some one please help.
