Can't host BF5 Combined Arms

Build a new computer with a cloned M.2 C driver.  No other hardware changes. All software carried over is working as before with exception of playing BF5 Combined Arms as a host.  Additionally, BF5 multiplayer is working fine. Playing Combined Arms as a guest without issues with exception of hosting. While playing Combined Arms as host is fine but during the first mission restart, I get the error "GAME DISCONNECTED: Connection to EA Oline time out. Your network bandwidth and/or network latency may not meet the requirement for the game."
