It looks like this is a known issue:
You can try the workaround that's provided in that link, which is to remove all USB peripherals besides your Mouse and Keyboard.

Are you using Discord by any chance?
If so, try disabling the Discord Overlay as well in your Settings.
Also, if you Alt Tab out of the game, and Tab back in, does it allow you to move your Cursor?

I've fix it.
You must disable the Xbox Game Bar Overlay and disconnect your gamepad since the update. Despite the plugged-in gamepad and activated Xbox Overlay, it worked great before the update. Well, no matter what. Anyways thanks for your helpThanks for the heads up, glad to hear it's working for you at the moment.
Hopefully they'll fix this issue as soon as possible.
