please contact xbox support. that's the last solution.
you could ask xbox support to remove the trail version and then you can download the free version and enjoy the game.

I even tried to speak with the Xbox support and explained everything to them, they also told me as you already said to me before, but still my problem wasn't fixed at all, thanks for everything guys and taking your precious time, but I think that I'll stick to playing BF1 instead of BFV, after all it's the only thing I could do.
