Can't play BFV multiplayer anymore on Xbox's EA access

I have an EA Access subscription on my Xbox, and I still get this error whenever I try to play multiplayer in Battlefield V. However all other EA games work without facing this kinda issue at all. I ...

Solutions were among other things to delete the test version. If not work, please contact Xbox Support so that you can delete the test version.

Thanks bro, but I've already told u that I'm not a trial player, and I've already uninstalled then reinstalled again, and that didn't work too.
