Can't rank up, can't see platoons page and can't see clan tags

    Could you try to clear local and online storage for BFV? @gregoryscarpajdk

@gregoryscarpajdk hmm odd. Do you own Battlefield 1 and 4?

If yes and one of them installed those the platoon page work for them?

    I own BF1 and it works great there. I can see my pluton tag and I can see the pluton page but not in BF5.

    @gregoryscarpajdk what kind of network set up do you have at home?

    Also is Battlefield V installed on external drive?

    @EA_Atic I have 100/100 broadband.

    Yes I have it installed on a external drive, same as BF1.

    @gregoryscarpajdk do space on the internal drive and move BFV there see if that helps?

    Seen in past sometimes using external drive some funky issues can happen.

    @EA_Atic I have tried it but it does not work. I have tried to factory reset my console also without any good result.

    @gregoryscarpajdk if you try your account on another xbox does the same thing happen?

    @EA_Atic I only own one Xbox. Like I said, clan tags work in BF1 but not in BF5. I can't even load or search platoons in the platoons page.

    @EA_Atic @This problem still remains. Our platoons tags don’t work. We shut down our platoon a week ago but we chose to start it again 3 days ago but none of our members carry our platoon tag. It works great in BF1.
