Can't unlock weapons with company points

I can't unlock my weapon with company points even though I already have enough.

The weirdest thing is I can unlock other weapon perfectly fine but there is one weapon I can't unlock 'Type 2A' 

I want this gun so bad but when I try to purchase it it just give me a big X.  I have a screen shot

I tried uninstalling and reinstall the game but it still didn't work. Any one know what's going on??? PLS help

    Hi,

    I just solved the problem. Go to Armory -> Shipments and press triangle to claim all. Thats it, after that the TYPE 2A will be claimed in the medic class. Hope this help you 🙂

    @richardinfaz Have you checked the Armoury? I can't remember exactly (too early and not enough coffee) but this may have been one of the weapons we were given for free.

    Hi,
