Can't use chat in battlefield 5

So i have been having this problem since BETA, i could use chat normally in the 2 closed alphas but since beta when i try to write in chat i can't send any message, i can write but when i send the me...

    Hello everyone, 

    We have a new dedicated topic here regarding feedback for chat filter or can't type in chat. 

    I will be closing down his topic as the original issue was related to another function and has been solved.

This in-game Chat issue is known, and will hopefully be resolved soon.

Same problem on ps4. BF1 & BF4 works fine.
Thanks for explain of problem. Waiting the fix! Just want to say "thanx" to my teammates for healing, but can't.

    I Have the same problem and i am also hoping on a quick fix, cause not being able to use the chat is really annoying. specially on a teamwork game.
    I'm being blocked cause my name contains the words fubar which is ironic cause its a widely used expression in ww2. (not a big fan of the filter in general )
    But i can't just change my name without it loosing its meaning.
