CC issues still going on

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Keep an eye on CC level after each match
What happens when the bug occurs? The regards screen says you earned cc but it doesn't go on to your account.
What should be happening instead? Should be receiving cc
I've noticed that since the big cc update that sometimes I don't get the CC on the rewards screen. I'm not sure if it's related to an Rank advancement that never got processed correctly. As sometimes it says I'm level 49 and sometimes 50. But it seems I never get the CC when this happens.
Also when playing Xbox and I get an error that my class violates server rules.... An indication of what is violating server rules... When just doing a standard match making.... Would be helpful.
