hi i bought the premium booster pack and i didint get all the content like soldier skkins and partly weapon skins + i didint skip tiers in chapter thing, any idea why?

I've already contacted EA help multiple times about this. My case was even escalated to a support specialist who said the issue had been fixed but I still don't have my items. It's been almost a week since I purchased the booster pack and I have gotten nowhere. I sent EA Help screenshots of my proof of purchase as they request, case was sent to an email rep called Kevin who told me the content had been unlocked. This was two days ago and that was not the case. Last time I spoke to EA help they told me they had sent the case to the studio and was not able to give me an ETA. I am at my wit's end, I basically paid 30 dollars for nothing. Funnily enough I bought the regular booster pack before buying the premium one and that one I got no problem. I am posting this here hoping to get some guidance as contacting EA through chat, email and phone has not worked.

Clear story but only they can help you with this. Normally with tech issues a case is not closed until solved so if you said the problem was NOT fixed they should still be working on it. In case this is not true for you I have asked some EA community managers to have a look for you. To be continued!

Thank you very much. I have had the same case opened multiple times. I can provide you with the case number if needed. Last thing I was told is that it was escalated to a "studio consultant" but I was not given an ETA. This worries me. Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you @EA_Atic for your response. Please keep me updated. I did talk with Sony and it seems it would be difficult for me to get a refund for this content I never got and I would rather not go that route. I just want the stuff I paid for. Thanks

Had the same issue with the standard booster pack. Opened a ticket with EA customer support, and after consulting with a “specialist” on the issue relayed that multiple people are having this problem and they are looking into it.
