There is no official info yet but we can see some delay in my opinion.. All DICE employees can work from home now so there will be a bit of delay on monthly Updates.. 🙂

That was data mined and I don't think it was ever confirmed to be thr week 8 reward

The gadget itself is real though I'm not sure if it's in full working order.
The community demanded weapons and stuff be earned/unlocked a different way so that's why there are so many level skips as rewards with this chapter
