Chase Camera not working PC??

Hi all, for the past few days now my chase camera does not work at all in any vehicle wether that be a plane or tank, even a motorcycle, My key bindings are set to default so "C" key is meant to ...

    I'm having the same issue. I've changed key binds to 3 different keys with no change.
