Cheaters in BF.Questions to DICE

I've been playing for about 3 months. Only about 250 hours. I constantly see cheaters in a game like this one with 280 kills (it was DICE oficial EU server). The player used AIM and WH. I constantly meet more hidden cheaters. Who have a 5-30 level and shoot in the head in a jump. It's not my first day playing shooters. I see a lot of real cheaters who use cheats not 100% but use them.

I have three questions for DICE
1. recently, are there statistics of bans in the game so that I can understand that work with cheaters is going on
2. How does the ban process work? In the game, I go to the cheater's profile in DICE and click on "profile". There is a "complaint message" marked "foul p

lay". Is this enough for the cheater to be checked and banned?
3. What does DICE do so that there are no cheaters in the game.

You are waiting for players in your new BF. But personally, I will not pay for a game in which there are so many cheaters.
