Unfortunately, as you can see, my weapon is not unlocking properly. Any help would be appreciated. Real bummer not to be able to use one of the most iconic guns of all time.

I'm having this exact problem with my support class. Contacted support who said it was a "sync issue", which we all know is probably BS, given there are reports of this bug from back in November. I'm giving them 24 hours before I contact again, but I want an actual statement on this from an EA rep.
I've been having the same problem on the PS4. I will rank up and it will show that I have received the item, but I can't equip the item; it still shows as being locked. This has happened to me with the Stg 44, Combat Medic, and Medic Proficiency assignments. I tried to test one persons suggestion by ranking up to the next level, and only quit after the next game had started. This worked for the Stg 44, but did not work for Combat Medic or Medic Proficiency assignments. I uninstalled the game and am reinstalling it now. I'll let you know if that does anything.
