Summarize your bug Class rank is bugged or frozen on UK/Germany Company loadout. I am unable to pick machine gunner spec, which requires rank 8. I am rank 14. I can't unlock guns, nothing.

What happens when the bug occurs? Can't progress or select unlocks.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to choose class specs and unlock guns.
Class rank is bugged or frozen on UK/Germany Company loadout. I am unable to pick machine gunner spec, which requires rank 8. I am rank 14. I can't unlock guns, nothing. However, it works on USA/Japan loadout. They share the same rank of 14.
All your similar threads say "Reach out to EA support". That shouldn't be our jobs, as we're doing that by opening these threads.
