Summarize your bug I levelled up to level 8 in support and for some reason the machine gunner combat role is still locked for UK and Germany (although is available for US and Japan weirdly. I tried levelling up to level 9, ensuring to stay until the end of the game as some people suggested and it is still unavailable for UK and Germany. I have tried repairing the game and re-installing Origin and BFV and still no luck. I have also contacted EA support but they said they cannot unlock it for me, saying the bug needs to be fixed at a studio level.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Possibly try levelling up to level 8 in a combat role and leave before the game ends, which is what I did and have heard by a few people that is what causes the bug.

I’m assault rank 10 and the weapon unlocked at rank 8 doesn’t even say ‘weapon available next round’ it just continues to say that it will be unlocked at rank 8...
