Summarize your bug On behalf of someone who does not have a forum account: Subclass/Combat Roles will not unlock. Specifically, for the British and the German factions Machine-gunner and Combat Medic are not accessible at ALL. These Combat Roles ARE accessible on the US and Japanese factions. The medic class is level 8 and the support class is level 13.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i do not know
What happens when the bug occurs? THe class does not function as required/at all.
What should be happening instead? Class unlocks should not be faction restricted...

DICE Team@EA_Atic I've got the same error as others. My support is level 11 however the machinegunner combat role did not unlock once I hit level 8 on the Brotish and German factions, it's only available for the US and Japan.
I've spoken to 2 advisors via live chat for about 40 minutes each time.
The first managed to at least unlock the Bren Gun which also failed to unlock but didn't address the combat role despite saying that he had.
The second 'Mohammed S' was beyond useless. Initially telling me 'these items aren't available in your region's then saying my medic class was too low and then resorting back to them not being available in my region. When I asked how to complain he didnt reply.
I flat out am not trying that again so suggest you take some other action to resolve this Atic. A poor bug and dreadful customer service so far...
Hi, cannot confim all roles but this one should be fixed or will be later this week depending on new release.
