Really strange it's doing that for you 99% of the time. Have you tried repairing the game by right-clicking on it in Origin or reinstalled the game to see if that would fix this?
I've repaired and it doesn't make a difference. A buddy of mine has the same thing happen to him too. It only occurs if you have been playing online in other multiplayer modes and then try playing Combined Arms.

Have you tried a reinstall of the game?Yes a number of times, and a complete re-install of the OS due to a separate issue related to CTD's with 419.xx drivers or higher (Which is more or less resolved with 417.01).
It just seems to be a glitch whenever you try playing Combined Arms after playing online for a bit. If you start up the game and go straight to CA you have no problems. But have a game or two online, it'll fail to load up. And just sits on a loading screen.
