commando carbine not appearing

Summarize your bug when going to select the weapon for the medic weapon the carbine is nowhere to be seen even when selcting all weapons or just the carbine category it's not there. bought some tow weapons and vehicles before and worked perfectly first time it's doing it. been 3 days still nothing.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go to change medic weapons without having completed the tides of war and the gun doesn't appear.
What happens when the bug occurs? can't buy it and doesn't appear.
What should be happening instead? being able to see it and buy it.
