There is no way to file a report about this player on xbox.
It is not an xbox issue, it is the game that needs to be patched.
They say they stopped supporting battlefield v but they recently gave battlefield v a anti cheat.
You can report them to EA Help, as you've done, so they can pass the information to the Terms of Service team, or directly through the game (see the guide for the steps: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/#playstationxbox). If you want to report someone to Xbox directly, then you can do so through their Xbox Profile (steps: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/file-a-complaint).

To report in-game behavior (console only)
- Open the Options screen.
- Open Scoreboard.
- Click the player’s persona name.
- Choose View Profile.
- Click Option.
- Select Report.
- Select In-game behavior
If you can, include this information:
- the screen name, gamertag, PlayStation™Network Online ID, or ID of the offender
- a screenshot of the action as it happens
- a screenshot of the main score screen
This option is not available on xbox.

If you wanted to provide additional information, such as videos etc, that is where you would send it to EA Help and ask them to pass it to the TOS team.

tried this for over a year, they say they send it to the terms of service team nothing happens I have many cases from years ago reporting same player.
player years later is still doing the same thing in game by redeploying to make teams loose, to make it worse he has alts accounts that he uses and he uses controller scripts to make both accounts redeploy in game at same time.

Ea live chat adviser said they can't have conversations with the terms of service team.
So have I spent the last 2 years reporting the same player asking ea advisers to forward the evidence to the terms of service team a complete waste?
Because the same player is still redeploying constantly in game to make the teams loose.
- ElliotLH2 years agoHero+@Autumn773 They can't investigate reports or seek information about a report to give to you, but they can and will pass the information along to the ToS team for them to handle, as per the official EA reporting guide. Either that advisor made a mistake and gave incorrect information or something was lost in translation.
