Community/Game Service Issue

Disclaimer first: I am not talking about cheaters I read the rule so this can be closed. I am claiming the game is unplayable because has a software issue (the game is not fully developed) that is not being addressed causing other players to exploit and take advantage of using external help.

If you buy a game with the hope of playing it with friends and being a part of a community meeting new people etc. What is the use of playing when the game is unplayable?

Issues regarding servers are full of other players that cause others to redeploy the whole, use aim-bot, wall hacks, speed hacks, using a medic and able to use bazooka, unlimited ammo, no health loss, and the most recent one I saw a guy die, and revive and continue killing (he was in my team). Makes this game unplayable at a limited time of adult life. I can't play with my loved one when she has free time because we encounter the same issues over and over again. This makes the game boring and at some point, we would not play anymore. When you read the comments everywhere (go to Steam and read recent reviews) a lot of players have the same issues and feelings as me.

What happens if the issue is not addressed? The community dies. This issue has been around since the very beginning you can go and look it up and find forums about it. So that means is a game issue a bug or an incomplete game when it was released.

Not solving the issue will not make me and other people purchase BF 2042. In the future, I will not buy any more games of EA that do multiplayer if this doesn't get solved, my family, and if a friend says let us buy this EA game to play I would say no and encourage others not to. If you are worried about image search on YouTube- Battlefield 5 is horrible right now... by jackfrags, it has 775,591 views and was published on May 9, 2023.

Another thing is that closing chats regarding people talking about the same issues I mentioned before doesn't solve the issue. People need to vent out how they feel and at least feel heard. I think we deserve at least that after expending money on an apparently broken game (or unfinished game)  that has a problem that was never managed the way it should from the very beginning.

Thanks!

    Hi @landsurferglcl

We have a rule to close any discussions related to cheating. This measure is in place because we cannot investigate cheating directly via forum. You can find more details here.

If you suspect any instances of cheating in our games, I highly suggest referring to our article on reporting players. It provides valuable guidance on how to address such concerns effectively. If your account is banned in relation to cheating, please contact our terms of service team.
