Connection to EA Online timed out for bandwith

Error: "Connection to EA Online timed out. your network bandwith and/or network latency may not meet requirements for the game" The problem doesnt Occur only on BF5 but also on BF4, BF1 and Starwars...

I got a Fritzbox in August 2020 and i had similar problems. 

Had to change some settings in my router too. 

first i assigned my pc a "static" ipv4 address inside my homenetwork by router dhcp

second i portforwared these ports to my newly assigned ip: https://portforward.com/battlefield-v/

third i choose "Allow independent portfoward for this device."
