    @mouhlito hello again after a stupid firmware update from my modem the game works again normaly still i think this is stupid 🙂

I do it still not working, Camera and Micro was open before anyways i take a DxDiag again maybe u will see something else.

delete all drivers for a graphics card + sound card + lan + wireless card+camera...
Install new updates from the official site HP

do not install DRIVERS (Intel graphics (R) HD

01-Clear drivers graphics card NVIDIA GeForce
use DDU

after you use DDU uninstaller in Safe mode and you restart your computer, TURN OFF YOUR INTERNET AS SOON AS YOU RESTART

downloading a new driver, 472.12 date 20/09/2021
