Console Key - Please Remove or Toggle On/OFF!!!!!

I posted this request on another thread on here, but this really deserves its own thread, with a high priority attention from the dev team. Please please please, give us the option to toggle on/off ...

If I ever need a button that badly I just change the keyboard layout per game basis. Switch the Caps lock and console key with numpad 1 and 2 in my keyboard software and then set num 1+2 to whatever I want in my game. Problem solved.
