Crossplay likely won't be added for three main reasons:
- EA & Dice have stopped working on Battlefield V
- Many keyboard and mice users would complain about console's aim-assist.
- Console players don't want to face potential cheaters from PC mid-game

This is true, however, the other 2 reasons don't make sense as they have added it to 2042, if this was the reason they didn't add it then it wouldn't have been done on 2042 either.
