What's the exact type of keyboard that you have and have you tried updating it's drivers?

It's an OEX and i tried upgrade already with no positive results.

    @NRainier 

    Did you get a new PC installed with Windows 10 or did you upgrade the same PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10?

    Do you have a specific model number and brand type for the OEX keyboard? I'm concerned about capability. 

    Can you run a Clean Boot and then immediately launch the game so we can determine if it's a program running in the background causing this?

      I've got a new PC instaled with the Windows 10.

      The OEX is the TC-200.

      I did the Clean Boot and the problem still going on.

        I'm having some trouble pulling it up. Do you have another keyboard you can test or try plugging it into a different USB slot?
