Did I send help request or not? I do not recieve automated confirmation mail

Hello, I have an issue with the game assignments, and tried contacting ea help through the help site https://help.ea.com/en/help-top-issues/?product=battlefield-v But after filling the contact form...

    @stagethemage It sounds to me like no case has been created so it'd probably be worth giving it another try. In case it helps, as I've seen people be caught out by this recently, if the option the site shows you is live chat, keep the window open after entering the details. It seems that the window needs to be open for the chat to initiate when picked up by an advisor.

@ElliotLH Thank you, tried again with Edge browser instead of Firefox and seem to have worked, a case was generated.

Seem the contact form dislikes Mozilla in some way.

@stagethemage I'm pleased to hear you got it sorted. I've heard people mention issues when using EA Help with Firefox, so I think you're right that the browser and site don't like each other for some reason.
