Did not receive BFV Veteran Rewards

Summarize your bug I did not receive my Battlefield V veteran rewards even though I got the pop-up box to chose between the different outfits.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Being a veteran and purchasing the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Not receiving the rewards!
What should be happening instead? Receive the Battlefield V reward

When I opened Battlefield V for the first time I got an option to choose between several different outfits as a veteran reward. When I later went to check out my new fresh outfits in my closet ("your company") there was no veteran outfits to be found!

I contacted the EA support and they redirected me to this forum and said there was nothing they could do at their end. they said it was a problem they have encountered many times and will probably be fixed by the developers shortly if contacted via forum.

    Hey @Flintknoppen

    For the Paratrooper outfits you get 5 for Deluxe the Deluxe Edition, 2 for completing Road to BFV, and 1 for Pre-Ordering. If you are game sharing you will not be eligible for those rewards, only the account that redeemed the code or purchasing it for their Xbox/PlayStation account will receive them. We need you to contact our Live-Support team so they can pull up your account to verify the edition and pre-order.

    I did not get this Dog Tag and Support also deny any help about. It is really a shame that i give this company a last chance to bring me an enjoyable game back. But Bugs and incompetent support domenationg still like it was when i left this company since Battlefield 3.
