Diden't recieve content

I should of recived my gold camo after completing the assignments.

I contacted ea adviser and have two cases that i had to make, and its still not fixed.

It seems to me that ea advisers are not given the tools they need to perform their duties.

  • Hey @zSytex Missing items is something EA Help can assist with so you should continue discussing it with them via your cases.

    they wrote my case off and said they will report it as a bug.

    so looks like I am having to redo the assignments to get the gold again, which I shouldn't have too.

    @zSytex It might be worth trying again as missing items is something they can help with. So long as you're polite about it you should also be able to ask them to escalate your case.
  • Maybe try to contact EA Help via Twitter? I already had two problems and they helped me with them very quick.
