Bump? I'm having this same issue in chapter 3. After completing the assingments 'Marked for Death' and 'Trailblazer' both failed to give me any chapter xp. Both assingments are worth 14500 xp each which amounts to days worth of grinding so I'd really appreciate some kind of fix. The cause seems to be the same thing OP mentioned. My Origin ID is CealXVI.
