Didnt recieve skins with Definitive edition

Hello i recently bought BFV and started playing and i wanted to customize my character my way and some skins are locked behind Special Assigments that i dont have acces to and i dont have problem with unlocking those. Is there any way to get those Special assigments to unlock?

(For that special assigment i mean Suport Mastery and other....)

And no those skins are not in Armory in shipments.
