sorry to hear about your problem. I have fetched a ball towards the support team and no major issues were reported. So perhaps this only happens under certain unique circumstances?
-First after removing the config file username\documents\battelfield v\settings restart then do not make any changes to the profile and close the game. after that start the game again and make the necessary changes, maybe this will keep the pyramid stacked properly.
-After going from an nv to amd to nv card swap please try a driver cleaner to remove all traces of old drivers
if that does not work i would like to suggest a windows cleanboot or a fresh installation of windows just to be sure
windows cleanboot
driver cleaner procedure
1. I already tried many times deleting the Battlefield V folder, starting the game, changing to Directx12, quiting the game, and then relaunching. All that happens is an instant crash on launch in Dx12.
2. Removed the AMD drivers using AMD Cleanup Utility and then after that DDU, both in safe mode same day I got my new GPU.
3. Tried cleanboot, didn't work same problem. Not going to go through the hassle of reinstalling my entire operating system for one broken game that was working fine before 5.2.2
Thank you for trying to help me though.
