DirectX12 Dogtag Viewing Crash Game

I actually had another thread going for this same issue. It's been determined that enabling DXR with DX12 will consistently crash the game 100% of the time when a dog tag is clicked in either the awarded menu or tides of war thing. It was also not awarding me emblems. I could click on them in the tides of war progress thing without it crashing, but they were never awarded to me unless I disabled DXR and clicked.

Haven't tried viewing dogtags-- but anytime I click on "chapter rewards" or "tides of war" and then click to see the individual rewards at each level, the game will instantly crash with no error message.  Running Ultra settings, DX12, DXR.

Summarize your bug When using DX12 (RTX ON, never tried with RTX OFF), every single time I view a dogtag, either from my profile or even clicking the reward for tide of war (dogtag), it will crash the game. Tried this on DX11 and have no issues.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enable DX12 in game and view dogtags. In my case, I had RTX on as well.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freeze and crash instantly.
What should be happening instead? Should be able to view the dogtags.

I have the same issue and it's killing me. It makes the game unable to showcase anything in the menu. Weapons are just invisible, but they don't crash the game. Only medals and dog tags does. I have a 2080, and i am so happy i am not the only one with this problem. i have been searching for an answer for hours now..
