Do not implement a vote kick system
If the majority of people had good judgement that would be great However I'm reminded when I boot this game that's not the case since I get called a cheater pretty much everytime A votekick system ...

votekick is a majority. your team has to do it as well.

so griefers wont affect your playing

It's not griefers
It's bad players who lack judgement
I can tell you from experience in BF3 that you do get vote kicked if you're going too good
