Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Work towards a dog tag unlock. For example, the M1911 suppressed dog tag. Get all of the necessary kills to unlock it. Do this for new weapons/gadgets, as well as some of the vanilla weapons/gadgets to see if it only affects newer weapons/gadgets.
What happens when the bug occurs? The dog tag unlock message may or may not appear.
What should be happening instead? The dog tag unlock message should always appear (so long as it's set in Options to always show Award messages).
The popup notice that you unlocked a dog tag is only sometimes appearing (again). There was a fix for this previously but it looks like that bug returned. This may or may not only be a bug for some of the new guns, as those are the ones I have remaining and are the ones not appearing.
