Finally fixed the issue. Deleting the Battlefield V folder in MyDocuments helped to be able to start the game again. That switched the graphic settings back to defaults and DX11, which works.

All in game overlays are disabled too.
Hey @ElektronenVolt, I think this discussion is more about how to get BFV to work with DXR and DLSS enabled. I know that it will work without them enabled. Hoping that someone has a solution or that EA is working on a fix.
Yes, sorry for "missusing" this thread, I know. But, over the years, after buring a lot of time with such issues, I've learned that sometimes it's just better to wait for the next update.
I like to play the game instead of searching root causes. Thanks for still supporting render path DX11.. ! :-)
Installed teh new BFV Update and new NVIDIA Driver.
