It has nothing to do with headshots or damage multipliers. It's definitely 3-4 bullets stacking in a single frame. It was supposed to be "fixed" but it's a bigger problem than ever recently.
Yea, I figured it was something like that. It's the instantaneous effect that is so annoying. Yep, TTD is worse.
