Dying by single bullets - Insta-deaths.

Summarize your bug I'm getting killed by single bullets at full health. No headshots involved.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Pretty much every server I've been on today, I've experienced insta-deaths from single bullets. At full health. No headshots.
What happens when the bug occurs? I die instantly.
What should be happening instead? I don't know. Maybe it should take more than one bullet to the body to die from?
This has been happening on every server I've been on today. Besides the fact that TTD is still an issue. If I'm not dying by a single bullet, I'm dying in half a second. While I need 2-3 seconds of continuous fire to kill an enemy player. Which itself, has been an issue from the beginning. But, this one bullet death has been quite particular to today.
