Hi @atlasuygar Just to let you know, as these are the English-speaking forums, you will need to write in English here so people can understand you. Unfortunately Turkish is not currently supported on Answers HQ.

If you have been banned, and are not simply facing the issue people are posting about here, then you will need to appeal to the Terms of Service team:

They will investigate and decide if the ban is valid.

Good afternoon, were you able to log into the game? I have a similar problem via Steam and I can’t solve it.
