DICE TeamMe to, waited hours for this update to download/install from these garbage EA severs now I cant even start the game which worked perfectly for years. Trying to repair it and the [Removed] update starts all over again.... doubtful its even a fix but apart from a complete reinstall of EA and the B5 I dont know what else to do?

EA - - are you aware that people that have owned and played this game for years can no longer play multiplayer???? I have been asking on multiple social medias, message board ect and have yet to receive a response. I paid for this game. I want to be able to play it or give me my money back.
PC player through steam. I can load the game, i can load into a multiplayer game, i can play for about 3-5 minutes and then i get kicked. The game just shuts off straight to desk top. It would be nice is SOMEONE at EA or DICE actually would reply and acknowledge that they are working on the problem.
