@Planekillert The wait times for live chat fluctuate so you'll either need to be patient or try later when they may not be so busy.
However, reporting through live chat won't affect the speed that any potential action will be taken. All player reports are handled by the Terms of Service team, and the only think EA Help do is pass the necessary information on to them for investigation.

I know that the past it on to the service team.
Some how i think it goes quicker true internal mail.
But i tryied to be a good player by reporting like this.
So i give up now, and hope for the best when the new anti cheat goes online wednesday.
