Error cannot access the game

Hello, I'm a new player of Battlefield V, and I'm encountering two issues as follows:

Issue 1: Every time I try to enter the game, it always loads the introduction and goes into the trial play.

Issue 2: After playing a few times, now I'm encountering an issue where after the introduction finishes and it's supposed to go into the trial play, the screen goes black and doesn't proceed any further.

Please help me, I've just purchased the game but this issue is preventing me from playing.
