This looks to be network related. We see some workaround solutions in the thread here that might be useful:Does disabling IPv6 fix it for you? Here are some steps you can try:
- Right-click on the game in Origin and select "Repair."
- Run the game as administrator. Right click on the Origin desktop shortcut to see that option.
- Review basic connection troubleshooting steps HERE
- Make sure Origin/BFV is allowed as an exception for your anti-virus.
We both play on PLAYSTATION 4 so NO origin and no repair function
Enabling or disabling IPv6 is done through your router's admin settings. You'll need to log into the router's admin settings (login info is usually right on the router itself) to do this. Even though this needs to be done via PC it will affect your network for PS4.

Hmm ok again,
1. I play on PLAYSTATION 4 which is connected to my cable/TV box there is no firewall and no config for enable/disable ipv6.
2. I played fine before no problems in the beta or until today getting just fine without ipv6 on or off.
3. It is working again now and as I said I did not change a thing so it was definitely the EA servers causing problems this morning so why is it always unserside problems in your opinion. Meanwhile I heard from some of my friends the same thing when I came from work error code 1 and they could not join a game until this evening?? Don't tell me it s a coincident.
