EU Servers overloaded

Been trying to get a game of conquest on a server local to me in the EU and there are only 14 showing, each one has a waiting list of 7 to 10 people, wasn't an issue until yesterdays update, what is ...

Latency is still double the usual and does not match what the server list says, will this ever be fixed as looking at other players they all have higher than normal pings too?
