Failed To Connect to EA Online (PS4/Ps5)

So I’ve had a continuous problem trying to connect to Battlefield V on PlayStation. I had a friend try to log in on my account through his PS4, he got the same results. I’ve signed into two different accounts besides my own and they have connected to the servers. I started to think that it was my account in general but I linked it to an Xbox account and it connects just fine.

I’ve tried everything that the website provided, my account is not banned or anything at all. I’m becoming quite frustrated because I put a lot of time and effort into this game to complete the ‘battle pass’ things.

If anyone could help me that would be amazing.

    @LostWithoutWords unlink an account is a bad idea. Will never solve issues.

    For your have you cleared any online and local saves for BFV?

    @LostWithoutWords if it only affects the online playing, you sure you still have the "PlayStation Plus" membership active?

    Since this is required for online playing on PS4/PS5. Maybe membership expired?

    I have PlayStation plus, I can log into three other accounts that don’t have ps plus themselves, my account is primary, and connect to the servers.

    Hey@LostWithoutWords 

    1- Login EA account on Pc/Phone

    2-Go EA account and billing  connections Ulink PSN

    3-Launch game on PS5. Allows you to relink your PSN account and to the EA server again.

    @EA_Atic I have tried everything that guide and the other one has suggested. I do not think it is an internet issue rather a account issue. I can log onto the games online servers on any other account just fine.

    I’ve tried to unlink/relink my account but unfortunately I can’t till March 2022.
