Fair fight ban BF5
Hi everyone ! I posting this topic because I end up having a problem with Battle Field V. I started playing BFV in 2019 on my ps4 console and loved it , still playing . Few days ago my friend said that he was going to buy me a BFV for pc to play with him , well I said ok lets do it. I downloaded game 1 week ago or so and started playing. Today at night I was playing pacific storm and suddenly got kicked out from the match with title: “fairfight: banned - code #tY96ip”. I immediately researched info about this problem , and on this website it said to check my ban history , well its clear , in case of ban I should`ve got email from EA saying I`m banned , again nothing. my KD is 1.03 I`m not even top player lol , only case I`m getting tons of kills is if I`m camping as defense. I also read all the rules , the only programs are turned on while I`m playing are steam , discord , and blitzz for league of legends ( I`m playing BFV from Origin btw ). I just don`t understand how and why I got banned ?. I`m attaching screenshots of ban title , and my in-game profile and statistics
- @OldHoundKen i think this is something you have to discuss with someone of the TOS Team.
You will need to speak to the Terms of Service team in relation to any ban
The process to contact the ToS Team can be found here:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
