On which server did this happen? This happened most recently on on empty Outpost server, but it's been happening intermittently since a recent update.

Summarize your bug Since a recent update that changed how fortifications are built the outlines that show what can be built when you have the tool equipped intermittently do not show up. My cursor on the HUD will change to a circle with the hammer indicating that I can build here, but the white ghost outlines of the structure to be built do not show up.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Come watch me play. Shrug. It's intermittent.. sometimes it happens in the same map where some objects appear and others do not. It's hard to provide exact steps to reproduce.
What happens when the bug occurs? The outlines of the fortification to be built do not show up.
