That text is not a dxdiag.
Dxdiag's are saved as txt files which the forum support.
I was trying to attach a different file named something similar my apologies
Having looked my above comment still stands, I, however, would like to add that your graphics driver is outdated and the new one gives quite an FPS bump if you continue to use RTX.
