Do you get a message on the reason why he was kicked? Are you playing on a community or official server?

you cannot play combined arms on community server, and no it dose not show any error message it just kicks a random player
i did reinstall the game reinstalled windows i also tried restarting my router and i also allowed it in firewall settings to access private and public networks
If you have reinstalled windows, you should try updating your CPU and GPU drivers. After that if nothing works you should talk to EA support.
